For my company meincoach.at I have adopted the following mission statement as a guideline for all services provided, the delivery of these services to clients, as well as the management of the company itself:

visionVision: I advise and consult individuals, teams and organisations on how to make and maintain the best out of their relationships, performances, and qualities.

mission, mission statement, corporate social responsibility, csrMission: advisory and consulting services are delivered with utmost professionalism; the methodological approach is chosen and adapted individually and economically to customers’ needs; building trust and confidence in the future creates an emotional basis for clients’ success.

strategy, resources, customer valueStrategy: the best customer value as well as the internal and external resources of the individuals, teams and organizations being advised determines the preferred consulting approach. If necessary, I will make use of adequate external resources, too.
